prepares documents for the appointment of government representatives through which the Government exercises the rights and duties of the Republic of Slovenia as the founder of public institutions, public enterprises, agencies and funds and as one of the partners in individual companies;

• prepares documents for appointing directors of public enterprises, funds and agencies, as well as documents for approval of appointment of directors of public institutes;
• prepares documents for appointment of individuals to government working bodies (committees, working groups), individual working bodies required by law, and to international working bodies;
• draws up proposals of acts regulating certain rights of officials;
• prepares other proposals, decisions and technical documentation for the Commission for human resources management and administration;
• provides technical and administrative support;
• keeps records of the working bodies of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.
